DriverLine Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to DriverLine SMS Communications and use of the DriverLine platform by participating transportation companies, fleet contractors, authorized drivers, and associated personnel.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of June 26, 2026.

DriverLine SMS Communications

Program Name: DriverLine SMS Communications

Program Description: DriverLine provides operational SMS communications between transportation companies, fleet contractors, and their drivers.

Message Types: Messages may include dispatch updates, schedule changes, vehicle assignments, compliance reminders, safety notifications, document requests, and other transportation-related communications.

Opt-In: Drivers opt in by replying YES to a DriverLine SMS invitation before receiving operational messages.

Opt-Out: Drivers may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

Help: Drivers may reply HELP for assistance or contact support@getdriverline.com.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on operational needs.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

Drivers opt in by replying YES to a DriverLine SMS invitation before receiving operational messages. Drivers who do not reply YES will not receive operational messages. Drivers may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP. Eligibility

Users must be authorized drivers or personnel associated with a participating transportation company.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access. Users may not interfere with DriverLine systems, attempt to access another account without permission, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or carrier messaging rules.

Disclaimer

Service availability is not guaranteed. DriverLine is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and may be unavailable or delayed due to maintenance, network issues, third-party provider interruptions, wireless carrier filtering, or events outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriverLine and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, service interruption, or substitute services arising from use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of DriverLine after changes are posted means the updated terms apply.
