DriverLine is used by transportation companies and fleet contractors to send operational SMS messages to drivers.

Operational Message Types

Drivers may receive messages related to dispatch updates, schedule changes, vehicle assignments, compliance reminders, safety notifications, document requests, and other transportation-related communications.

How Drivers Opt In

Before receiving operational messages, a driver must provide consent by replying YES to a DriverLine invitation text.

Drivers who do not reply YES will not receive operational messages.
